矿山液压支架改性聚氨酯涂层的制备与表征

摘要 以4,4′-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI)、聚乙二醇(PEG)、线型端羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS)、三羟甲基丙烷(TMP)为主要原料,通过嵌段共聚改性法制备有机硅改性聚氨酯(Si-PU)涂层。目的是将其涂覆于液压支架立柱缸口,提高立柱缸口的耐磨、耐腐蚀性能。红外光谱分析表明有机硅成功嵌入聚氨酯合成了改性涂层,一系列的性能测试表明具有适宜的表干时间及固化时扩链剂用量为5%(wt,质量分数,下同),同时综合考虑涂层的耐磨性、耐腐蚀性、抗冲击性及涂层附着力,PDMS最佳添加量是5%。 Using 4,4-diphenylmethane diisocyanate(MDI),polyethylene glycol(PEG),a linear hydroxy-terminated polydimethylsiloxane(PDMS)and trimethylol propane(TMP)as the main materials,silicone-modified polyurethane(Si-PU)coating was prepared by block copolymerization.Finally,this coating was applied on the column brim of hydraulic support,in order to improve the abrasion resistance and corrosion resistance.Infrared spectroscopy analysis indicated that silicone was successfully embedded in polyurethane and the modified coating was synthesized.A series of performance tests showed that when the adding amount of chain extender was 5%wt,the surface dry time and curing time were properly.Meanwhile,considering the coating abrasion resistance,corrosion resistance,impact resistance and adhesion,PDMS optimum addition amount was 5%wt.
