摘要
目的研究PDCA循环法在改进灭菌器物理监测质量中的应用与效果,不断改进物理监测质量。方法2012年1月-2013年12月对消毒供应中心(CSSD)5台脉动预真空压力蒸汽灭菌器物理监测质量指标进行评价分析,根据管理方法不同分为对照组和试验组,对照组2012年1-12月应用常规管理方法,试验组2013年1-12月应用计划(plan,P)、执行(do,D)、检查(check,C)、处理(action,A)4个阶段(PDCA循环法)进行管理,数据采用SPSS 19.0统计软件进行分析。结果压力蒸汽灭菌器物理监测数据缺失原因为打印情况观察不到位、更换打印配件不规范、打印机故障,其中对照组发生灭菌器物理参数打印缺失26次、试验组7次,缺失率试验组为0.1%、对照组为0.3%,PDCA循环实施前后灭菌器物理参数打印缺失原因,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用PDCA循环法改进灭菌器物理监测质量,强化了质量管理小组成员质量管理意识与责任意识,健全了灭菌质量监测工作流程,有效改进了物理监测质量。
OBJECTIVE To observe the effect of PDCA cycle on improvement of quality of physical monitoring of sterilizers so as to continuously improve the quality of physical monitoring.METHODS From Jan 2012 to Dec2013,the quality indexes of physical monitoring of 5sets of pulsation pre-vacuum pressure steam sterilizers were evaluated in the central sterile supply department(CSSD),and they were divided into the control group and the experimental group according to the management method.The control group was treated with conventional management method from Jan 2012 to Dec 2012,and the experimental group was treated with the PDCA cycle,namely the four stages:plan(P),do(D),check(C),and action(A);the statistical analysis of data was performed with the use of SPSS 19.0software.RESULTS The causes of missing of monitoring data of the pressure steam sterilizers included inadequate observation of print condition,irregular replacement of printer spare parts,and printer fault;there were 26 times of missing of physical parameters print of the sterilizers in the control group and 7times in the experimental group;the rate of missing was 0.1% in the experimental group,0.3% in the control group,and there was significant difference in the causes of missing of physical parameters print of the sterilizers before and after the implementation of the PDCA cycle(P〈0.05).CONCLUSIONThe use of the PDCA cycle for improvement of quality of physical monitoring of the sterilizers has intensified the consciousness of quality management and responsibility,made the work procedure of monitoring of sterilization quality sound,and effectively improved the quality of physical monitoring.
