摘要 随着医用导管的广泛应用,导管相关感染发生的风险日益增加,尤其导管相关性血流感染已成为重症监护病房(ICU)发生医院感染的主要原因,往往导致患者住院时间延长、医疗费用增加以及病死率的上升;如何降低导管相关感染风险和抑制导管表面生物膜形成,国内外学者均做了大量研究,且已有部分应用于临床;该研究综述了近年来针对导管相关感染预防策略和措施的现状、进展以及不足,以期为未来研究提供一些方向。 OBJECTIVE The risk of catheter-related infections is ever-increasing as the widely application of the medical catheter.Particularly,catheter-related bloodstream infections has become one of the main causes of nosocomial infections in intensive care unit,often results in a longer duration of hospitalization,increasing of medical expense and high case fatality to patients.Lots of researches on how to reduce the risk of catheter-related infections and to inhibit biofilm formation on the surface of the catheter have been done by domestic and foreign scholars and part of them has been applied in clinical practice.This article reviewed recent strategies and measures to prevent catheter-related infection,and discussed the current situation,advance and insufficiency of these methods,so as to predict directions of further study.
