摘要 本论文提出了一种校验用户电能表、查处用户用电异常的方法。文中从多功能现场用电检查终端硬件原理、软件模型、最后到校验方法进行理论说明,并重点对用电异常模型建立、公式计算、判断流程进行详细阐述。用电异常判断模型包括事件类判断模型、电量类判断模型、负荷类模型、线损类模型,通过评判标准用公式计算每种模型所占比重,计算出用电异常嫌疑系数ELI比重值来判断用户用电状况,再通过电能表精度校验的方法,最后确定用户用电是否出现异常。整个过程包括用户信息及电能量数据采集、用户信息匹配及数据过滤、模型识别、现场精度校验。 This paper proposes a method of checking watt-hour meter and power abnormity, and introduces the hardware principle, software model, checking method in details. The paper focus on the establishment of the electric anomaly model, formula calculation and judging process. The electric anomaly model includes in the event judgment model, electricity judgment model, power load model, line loss model. The terminal can calculate the proportion of each model and the value of ELI using the formula. Through cooperating with the method of checking the watt-hour meter accuracy, inspectors can determine whether the power abnormity has occurred. The whole working process of multi-function electric check terminal is included in collecting the users' information and electric energy data, matching users' information and filtering data, identifying electric anomaly model and checking the accuracy of watt-hour meter.
