苗药鹿角壮骨胶囊辅助治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折46例临床观察

目的:观察苗药鹿角壮骨胶囊辅助治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折(OVCF)的临床疗效。方法:选取86例OVCF患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组40例和治疗组46例。对照组采用PVP手术治疗后口服碳酸钙D3和阿法骨化醇治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用苗药鹿角壮骨胶囊治疗,比较观察两组的疗效、骨CT值、骨密度值、再次骨折发生情况。结果:治疗组优良率93.47%高于对照组的80.00%,两组优良率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);疗程结束后及结束后12个月随访,治疗组CT值和骨密度均高于对照组(P<0.05),而再骨折发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:苗药鹿角壮骨胶囊胶囊辅助治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折疗效好,且再骨折发生率较低,能明显改善患者的生活质量。
