摘要
目的:研究肉灵芝、灵芝、槐耳菌和蝉花菌的体内抗肿瘤活性。方法:将健康雄性昆明种小鼠接种S180肉瘤后随机分为对照组、环磷酰胺组、肉灵芝浸出液组、肉灵芝水煎液组、灵芝水煎液组、槐耳菌水煎液组和蝉花菌水煎液组,给药后观察对各组小鼠生存质量、抑瘤率、胸腺指数、脾脏指数。结果:肉灵芝浸出液、肉灵芝水煎液、灵芝水煎液、槐耳菌水煎液、蝉花菌水煎液对小鼠的抑瘤率分别为18.3%、13.1%、46.6%、34.2%、22.5%,灵芝组抑瘤作用显著(P<0.05);各组胸腺、脾脏指数与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义。结论:上述药物对小鼠体内肿瘤有一定抑制作用。
ObjectiveTo study the Antineoplastic effect in vivo of Meat - like Ganoderma lucidum solution ( MGLS), Meat - like Ganoderma lucidum decoction ( MGLD), Ganoderma lucidum decoction ( GLD ), Trametes robiniophila decoction ( TRD ) and Cordyceps cicadae decoction (CCD). Methods The 56 Kunming mice which transplanted with S180 cells were divided into 7 group, and then the mice were given the listed drugs respectively. Results The quality of life, the inhibiting rate of tumor growth, thymus index, spleen index were evaluated. Results show that the inhibiting rate of tumor growth was 18.3% (MGLS), 13.1% (MGLD), 46. 6% (GLD), 34. 2% (TRD), 22. 5% (CCD). On the antineoplastic effects the difference between GLD group and the control group were significant ( P 〈 0. 05 ). There was no statistical significance between the 5 group and the control group in thymus index and spleen index. Conclusion The study concluded that these drugs have inhibition effect on tumor in mice.
