地勘企业80后知识型员工易产生的消极情绪及疏导对策 被引量:1

摘要 随着矿业下行带来的压力,目前地勘企业中80后知识型员工普遍出现生存压力大、工作积极性不高、对组织归属感不强烈的现状。本文从心理层面分析了了80后知识型员工易产生的几类消极情绪,并从三个方面提出针对这几种消极情绪的疏导对策。
