施肥模式对菜田土壤微生物数量的影响 被引量:1

摘要 采用丝瓜、番薯叶、番茄3种蔬菜,每种蔬菜均设6个施肥处理,即牛粪、牛粪+尿素、牛粪+尿素+硫酸钾、尿素、尿素+硫酸钾、不施肥,在蔬菜播前与收获后集中采样并测定土壤细菌、真菌、放线菌数量。结果表明:丝瓜、番薯叶、番茄3种蔬菜采后土壤细菌数量远超于放线菌和真菌。收获以后牛粪+尿素+硫酸钾处理与对照相比:丝瓜区、番薯叶区、番茄区土壤耕作层细菌数量分别提高16.1%、15.7%、14.0%,放线菌数量分别提高4.6%、18.4%、26.4%,真菌数量分别提高10.2%、17.9%、14.9%。 Three vegetables (luffa, psidium guajava leaves and tomato)were grown in six fertilizer treatments, namely:cow manure, cow manure+ urea,cow manure+urea +potassium sulfate,urea,urea+potassium sulfatem and no fertilizer (CK) ,and bacteria,fungi and actinomyces population in soil were studied before and ',after vegetable cultivation. The results showed that there were much more bacteria than fungi and actinomyces ',after all vegetable cultivation. Among fertilizer treatments, the numbers of bacteria in soil after vegetable fertilized with cow manure +urea +potassium sulfate were 16.1%, 15.7% and 14.0% higher, the fungi was 4.6%, 18.4%, 26.4% increasing and the actinomyces was 10.2%, 17.9%. 14.9% growth than CK for luffa, psidium guajava leaves and tomato, respectively.
