摘要
我国是花生生产大国,花生资源非常丰富,对花生的综合利用可提高其经济效益。综述了近年来对花生根茎叶、花生壳、花生红衣、花生仁利用的研究状况,为充分利用花生资源提供一些参考。
As a major peanut producer,peanut abounds in China. The economic benefits of agricultural product could be increased by comprehensive utilization of peanut. The research status of utilization of peanut root, stem, leaf, peanut hull, peanut skin, peanut kernel were briefly introduced, in order to provide some references for the comprehensive utilization of peanut.
