摘要
目的观察NJ22儿童注意力测试分析仪应用在诊断儿童注意力缺陷多动障碍(ADHD)患儿中的灵敏度和特异度。方法应用NJ22儿童注意力测试分析仪对来诊儿童进行测试,与Conners父母量表、DSM-IV、ADHD评估表结果对比分析,并进行注意力4个维度的测试。结果 ADHD儿童与正常儿童相比其注意力的稳定性、广度性、分配性、转移性均有显著差异,诊断的灵敏度为95%,特异度为90%。结论 NJ22注意力测试分析仪在诊断ADHD方面敏感性、特异性较高,作为一种辅助诊断和筛查儿童是否患有ADHD的相对客观的检查手段,为ADHD患儿的个体化康复训练指明了方向。
Objective To observe the sensitivity and specificity of NJ22 Childen's attention test analyzer in diagno-sing the attention deficit hyperactivity disorder for children ( ADHD) . Methodss This research was conducted to di-agnose the child ADHD using NJ22 Childen's attention test analyzer. Then the results were compared with those carried out by other authoritative apparatuses, namely Conners Parent Symptoms Questionnaire, DSM-IV, ADHD assessment sheet. At the same time,the four dimensions of attention were tested. Results There are apparent distinction be-tween the ADHD children and healthy children in terms of the attention characteristics including the stability,exten-sion,distribution and transfer. The sensitivity and specificity of NJ22 Childen's attention test analyzer in the diagnosis of children attention deficit hyperactivity disorder are 95% and 90% respectively. Conclusion The NJ22 Childen's attention test analyzer can be used to diagnosing the children ADHD for its sensitivity and specificity which as an objective auxiliary apparatus and provide guide for the recovery children patients with ADHD.
