摘要
本文介绍了宁波航煤管道受地铁杂散电流影响后的检测和维护情况。PCM检测结果表明,由于迅速采取了排流措施,目前航煤管道的外防腐层状况较好,未发现有漏点出现。管道电位检测表明管线受到新的干扰源影响,即地铁2号线影响,需要进行排流。针对这种有杂散电流,土壤强腐蚀环境下的管道维护,认为应该加强管道检测频率以降低腐蚀风险。另外,地铁行业的控制标准与现行国家标准并不一致,针对这一情况,提出了可行的解决思路。
The check & maintenance method for stray current interfered Ningbo aviation fuel pipeline was introduced. From the PCM inspect result; the outer coating quality was excellent and no default was founded as for the quick respond stray current drainage. The pipe to earth potential inspects indicate that the Metro line 2# brings new interference and new drainage should be applied. In the strong corrosive soil environment, the stray current interfered underground pipelines should raise the inspect frequency to reduce the risk of leakage. In addition, the standards of metro industry are inferior to the new national standards, the feasible resolution to this confliction is proposed for discussion.
