摘要
作为一所研究型大学,英国谢菲尔德大学的研究型建筑教学具有活性、社会参与性和转变性这三个较为鲜明的特点。本文选取建筑学本科一年级第一学期的两个课题为例,分析这三点在具体教学过程中的体现,提出这种研究型教学有助于培养低年级学生形成对学科和职业价值的思辨力。
Drawing on the research base of the University of Sheffield, research-led teaching at Sheffield School of Architecture has three main characteristics, that is-- ‘live', ‘social-engagement' and ‘transformative value'. By analysing two selected cases in the first semester teaching in the first year based upon the above three characteristics, this paper attempts to demonstrate that this kind of research-led teaching could facilitate students' critical reflection on the value of the discipline and the profession.
