摘要
为提高卫生计生行政审批效能,通过调整审批职能、下放审批权限、规范审批流程、实行授权审批、减少审批环节、优化服务方式、贴近百姓服务等方面的实践,探索规范、高效、透明的审批服务方式。
To enhance the efficiency of health and family planning administrative examination and approval,Wuhan City Health Commission went through adjustment and approval function,delegated approval authority,and standardized approval processes,implemented authorization on approval,approval link reduction,optimization services,closer to people＇s services and other aspects of practice.The aim is to explore standardized,efficient and transparent manner of the approval service.
