Determination of Glycyrrhizic Acid in Weitongning Tablets by HPLC

目的：建立高效液相色谱法测定胃痛宁片中甘草酸的含量。方法：采用Discovery C18柱（5μm,4.6mm×250mm）,流动相：乙醇-0.2mol·L-1醋酸铵溶液-冰醋酸（42∶56∶2）,检测波长：254nm,流速：0.5m L·min-1,柱温：45℃。结果：甘草酸在0.198-0.892μg范围内呈良好线性关系,r=0.9999,平均回收率为99.04%,RSD为1.5%。结论：该方法操作安全,简便,结果准确、可靠,可用于该制剂的质量控制。

Objective： An assay method was developed for determination of glycyrrhizic acid in Weitongling Tablets by HPLC. Methods：The Chromatographic conditions were as follows： column Discovery C18（5μm,4.6mm×250mm）; the mobile phase ethanol-0.2mol·L-1ammonium acetate solution-acetic acid glacial（42∶56∶2）and detection at 254 nm. The flow rate was 0.5m L·min-1. Column temperature was at 45℃. Results： The liner range of glycyrrhizic acid was 0.198 -0.892μg,r=0.999 9. The average recovery was 99.04 %,the RSD was 1.5%. Conclusion： The method was security,simple. The results were accurate and reliable. The method can be used for quality control of the Weitongling Tablets.
