HPLC法测定复方首乌地黄丸中二苯乙烯苷的含量

Determining content of 2,3,5,4'-Stibene Glycoside in Shouwu Dihuang Compound Pill by HPLC

目的：建立高效液相色谱法测定复方首乌地黄丸中制何首乌的2,3,5,4＇-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-0-/3-D-葡萄糖苷（简称二苯乙烯苷）的含量。方法：采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为WIech UItimateRXB-C18（250mm×4.6mm,5μm）,流动相为乙腈-水（18∶82）,检测波长为320nm,流速为1.0m L·min-1。结果：二苯乙烯苷在0.052-1.05μg范围内线性关系良好（R=0.9999）。平均回收率为99.42%（RSD=0.52%n=6）。结论：此方法简单,快速,重现性好,可作为复方首乌地黄丸的质量控制方法。

Objective：To establish method for determining the content of 2,3,5,4＇-tetrahydroxy stilbene-2-O-β-D- glycoside（simply named as 2,3,5,4＇-stilbene glycoside）from Radix Polygoni Multiflori Prepareparata in Shouwu Dihuang Compound Pill by HPLC.Methods：It was performed by HPLC with WIech UItimateRXB-C18（250mm×4.6mm,5μm）. The mobile phasae consisted of acetonitrile and water（18∶82）.The flow rate was 1.0m L·min-1 with the detection wavelength at 320 nm. Results：2,3,5,4＇-stilbene glycoside showed a good linear relationship within the range of 0.052 -1.05μg（R=0.9999）. The average recovery was 99.42% with RSD=0.52%,（n=6）.Conclusion：The method is simple,rapid, accurate and reliable,and it can be applied to control the quality of Shouwu Dihuang Compound Pill.
