益气活血利湿降浊法在慢性肾衰竭治疗中的临床效果研究

Effect of clinical Yiqihuoxue dampness Jiangzhuo in chronic renal failure

目的：探讨益气活血利湿降浊法在慢性肾衰竭治疗中的临床效果。方法：选取2013年4月-2014年4月我院收治的80例慢性肾衰竭患者资料进行分析,使用随机平行对照方法,按照抽签方法将患者分为对照组和治疗组。对照组采用西医对症治疗,治疗组采用益气活血利湿降浊法治疗,比较两组疗效。结果：治疗组95%疗效显著,明显优于对照组（疗效有效率为85%）（P〈0.05）;两组治疗前Ccr、Scr、Bun等指标差异不显著（P〉0.05）;治疗组治疗后Ccr等指标显著高于对照组（P〈0.05）;治疗组治疗后Scr、Bun指标显著低于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：益气活血利湿降浊法治疗慢性肾衰竭效果显著,值得推广。

Objective： To investigate Yiqihuoxue dampness jiangzhuo clinical effect in patients with chronic renal failure.Methods：From April 2013 to April 2014 in our hospital, 80 patients with chronic renal failure patient data were analyzed using a random parallel control method, according to the balloting were divided into a control group and treatment group. The control group with western medicine treatment, the treatment group were Yiqihuoxue dampness jiangzhuo treatment, two groups were compared.Results：95% of the experimental group a significant effect on the treatment regimen was significantly better than the control group（Efficacy effective rate of85%）（P0.05）; indexes between the two groups before treatment Ccr,Scr, Bun, which are not significant（P0.05）;experimental group after treatment was significantly higher than other indicators Ccr（P0.05）; the experimental group after treatment Scr, Bun index was significantly lower than the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion： Yiqihuoxue dampness Jiangzhuo significant effect in treating chronic renal failure, should be introduced.
