阿托伐他汀对心衰患者BNP和cTn1的影响作用

Influence of atorvastatin on BNP and cTn1 in patients with heart failure

目的：探讨阿托伐他汀对心衰患者B型脑钠肽（BNP）和血清肌钙蛋白1（c Tn1）的变化影响。方法：选取我院2014年1~6月收治的80例心力衰竭患者,随机分为研究组和对照组,对照组给予常规抗心衰治疗,研究组在此基础上给予阿托伐他汀治疗,比较两组BNP和c Tn1变化情况。结果：治疗前两组患者c Tn1和BNP水平对比差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,经过治疗均明显下降,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。治疗后研究组c Tn1和BNP水平均较对照组低,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。两组患者心血管死亡、卒中及非致死性心肌梗死发生率对比差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。心衰再住院发生率组间比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：与常规抗心衰相比,阿托伐他汀可显著降低患者BNP和c Tn1水平,改善患者预后。

Objective：To evaluate the influence of atorvastatin on BNP and c Tn1 in patients with heart failure.Methods：90 cases of outpatient from January 2014 to June 2014 in our hospital were chosen as experimental objects.,and were divided into control group and experimental group,control group were treated with routine anti heart failure treatment,experimental group were treated with atorvastatin on the basis of control group,levels of BNP and c Tn1 between two group were compared.Results：The levels of BNP and c Tn1 between two group had no significant difference before treatment（P0.05）,but all were decreased after treatment,and has significant difference comparing with before（P0.05）,and that of the experimental group were lower than that of the control group after treatment,difference were significant（P0.05）.Stroke and cardiovascular death,non fatal myocardial infarction incidence between two group had no statistical difference（P 0.05）,The incidence of heart failure hospitalization between groups had statistical difference（P 0.05）.Conclusion：Compared with routine anti heart failure treatment,atorvastatin could improve the levels of BNP and c Tn1,and the prognosis.
