摘要
1例47岁男性患者,确诊为"慢性支气管炎并感染,肺气肿",联合使用左氧氟沙星注射液加强抗感染后出现中枢神经系统不良反应,停用左氧氟沙星注射液后,患者恢复正常,无明显不适。现对左氧氟沙星注射液与本例患者不良反应的关联性进行分析讨论,为临床合理用药提供参考。
One 47-year-old male patient diagnosed as ＂chronic bronchitis with acute infection,emphysema＂was found to have adverse reaction in central nervous system after the combination of Levofloxacin injection.The ADR disappeared after Levofloxacin was stopped.To analyse and discuss the relevance of ADR in central nervous system and Levofloxacin injection,so as to provide reference for clinical rational drug use.
