京建法[2018]12号各区住房城乡建设委,东城、西城区住房城市建设委,经济技术开发区建设局,各行业协会,各建设、施工、监理、检测单位,各有关单位:为进一步贯彻落实《北京市建设工程质量条例》中关于建设单位采购混凝土预制构件、钢筋和钢结构构件进行到货检验的规定,明确管理责任,保证建设工程质量。
