基于小波的超声波测钻孔灌注桩混凝土灌注面高程回波识别

摘要 用超声波精确测量混凝土灌注面高程,将有助于有效地控制钻孔灌注桩工程中普遍存在的"混凝土超灌过多"现象,能否及时有效地识别出混凝土灌注面回波将关系到超声波测量混凝土灌注面高程的实现。在对混凝土灌注面回波识别难点分析的基础上,本文提出用Daubechies小波识别混凝土灌注面回波,并对其识别机理进行了分析,建立了一套基于Daubechies小波的混凝土灌注面回波识别方法;基于此方法,初步开发出一套超声波测钻孔灌注桩混凝土灌注面高程仪。 Accurate altitude measurement of concrete injection surface with ultrasonic will contribute to effective control of "over filling" for bored pile project. It is related to altitude realization of concrete injection surface to timely and effectively identify echo from the concrete injection surface. Base on analysis of difficulties in identifying the echo. Identification of echo from concrete injection surface with Daubechies wavelet is proposed and mechanism of the identification is discussed. A set of methods to identify the echo with Daubechies wavelet is proposed and on the basis of which, a set of altitude apparatus of concrete injection surface is developed.
