成纤维细胞生长因子21在肝脏应激中的变化及机制 被引量:3

摘要 成纤维细胞生长因子21(FGF21)是成纤维细胞生长因子家族中特殊的一员,于2000年由日本科学家首先发现,与其他大部分FGF不同,FGF21没有促细胞分裂的作用,而是可以进入循环系统发挥类似激素功能,在调节糖脂代谢及维持能量稳态方面发挥重要作用[1-2].肝脏是维持人体多种代谢稳态的重要器官,也是分泌FGF21的主要场所.当面临糖脂代谢失衡、肝脏脂肪聚集、病毒感染甚至肝细胞癌变等条件时,肝脏即进入应激状态,此时肝脏代谢稳态被打破,肝细胞因子及脂肪酸等代谢产物也会发生相应变化.近年来研究发现,FGF21与脂肪肝、病毒性肝炎、肝细胞癌等肝脏疾病有关.以下就FGF21在几种肝脏病理条件下的变化及其潜在机制进行综述.
