摘要
设计了新型多级烟幕干扰弹战斗部,提高干扰弹的有效作用时间及有效作用波段。通过对两级战斗部结构装填,模拟干扰粉剂和某新型干扰粉剂的抛撒试验。研究了新型干扰弹战斗部结构的可靠性及抛撒效果。利用ANSYS LS/DYNA软件通过流固耦合算法对所设计的新型战斗部结构进行了数值模拟研究,对新型战斗部的抛撒药装药结构进行了优化。新型多级战斗部能够通过调整装药级数提高干扰弹的有效作用时间,通过对每一装药模块装填不同干扰粉剂提高单发弹有效作用波段,优化的抛撒药装药结构能够在保证抛撒稳定性和均匀性的基础上提高干扰粉剂的利用率。
A new multistage warhead of smokescreen jamming missile was Design to improve its effective jamming time and jamming band. The reliability and dispersal effect of the jamming missile's new warhead structure is studied by the dispersal experiment of two-stage warhead structure filled with simulate jamming powder and a new type jamming powder. The new warhead structure is studied using ANSYS LS / DYNA software by fluid-solid coupling model. The dispersal explosive's structure is optimized by simulation. The new multistage warhead can improve a single missile's effective jamming time by improving the stage number and can improve a single missile's effective jamming band by filling different kinds of jamming powder. The optimized structure can improve the utilization of jamming powder based on ensuring the dispersal's stability and uniformity.
