Research progress of TrkB and BDNF in head and neck tumor

摘要 酪氨酸激酶受体B(tyrosine kinase receptors,TrkB)信号传导通路在肿瘤的发生、发展过程起到重要的调控作用。脑源性神经生长因子(brain derived neurotrophic factor,BDNF)与TrkB结合,是激活TrkB信号传导通路最主要的途径。研究发现多种恶性肿瘤中有TrkB及BDNF过度表达且与肿瘤预后相关。本文就TrkB及BDNF在头颈肿瘤中的研究进展做一综述。 TrkB signaling plays an important role in the occurrence and development of tumors. BDNF combine with TrkB is the most important way to activate TrkB signaling. The studying found that TrkB and BDNF over expression in many cancers, and realted with tumor prognosis. This paper due do a review about research of BDNF and TrkB in head and neck tumors.
