长链非编码RNA在头颈恶性肿瘤中的研究进展

摘要 长链非编码RNA(10ngnon—coding RNA,lncRNA)是指长度超过200个核苷酸的不编码蛋白质的RNA,近年来研究显示lncRNA在多种生物体中可作为癌基因或抑癌基因,对肿瘤的发生发展起调控作用。本文简述了长链非编码RNA的概念及其功能,以及目前在肿瘤学方面的研究现状,着重分析了其在头颈恶性肿瘤中的研究进展,提出lncRNA与头颈肿瘤的发生发展关系密切,在肿瘤诊断和治疗方面显示出良好的临床应用前景。 Long non-coding RNAs are generally defined as RNA molecules greater than 200 nt in length and without protein-coding property, recent years many researches showed that lncRNA can act as oncogene or tumor suppressor gene in many creatures, which regulated the process in tumor. The article briefly describes the concept and functions of lncRNA, and the current situation of research in oncology. Focus on the current research progress of lncRNA in the field of head and neck tumors, and proposes that lncRNA is closely related to the occurrence and development of tumors, which shows prominent prospect of clinical application in diagnose and treatment.
