喉癌前哨淋巴结转移诊治进展

Advances in the diagnosis and treatment of the sentinel lymph node metastasis in laryngeal cancer

喉癌是头颈部常见的恶性肿瘤，发病率呈现上升趋势，其外科治疗包括局部肿瘤的切除和区域淋巴结清扫，故淋巴结清扫成为肿瘤治疗的重要组成部分。前哨淋巴结是恶性肿瘤发生淋巴播散时首先累及的淋巴结，其病理学状态可以代表整个区域淋巴结的状态，根据其转移情况可以指导区域淋巴结清扫的范围。本文将对喉癌前哨淋巴结的诊治进展做一综述。

Laryngeal carcinoma is a common head and neck malignant tumor, with a tendency of increasing incidence. Its surgical treatment include local tumor resection and regional lymph node dissection. So the lymph node is an important part of tumor treatment. Sentinel lymph node is the first involved lymph node, when the malignant tumor spread through lymphatic system. Its pathological characteristics can represent all the regional lymph nodes. Therefore its metastasis can guide the scope of regional lymph node dissection. This article will review the progression of diagnosis and treatment in sentinel lymph node oflaryngeal carcinoma.
