平阳霉素治疗头颈部血管瘤的研究与应用

平阳霉素是南平阳链霉素产生的博来霉素类细胞毒性糖肽抗肿瘤抗生素，为细胞周期非特异性药物，可通过诱导细胞凋亡、抑制血管生成、氧化及过氧化损伤，引起不同程度的血管壁增厚和管腔狭窄，被广泛应用于头颈部体表及腔内血管瘤的治疗。本文就平阳霉素在头颈部血管瘤治疗中的研究和应用进行综述。

Pingyangmycin was produced by Pingyang streptomycin which was a class of anti-tumor cytotoxic glycopeptide antibiotics of Bleomycin, it is a non-specific cell cycle drug. Pingyangmycin was widely used in surface and endovascular angeioma of head and neck that it could cause blood vessel wall thicken and stenosis by induce cell apoptosis, oxidation, peroxidation damage and inhibit angiogenesis. The research and angiomas are reviewed in this paper. application in the treatment of head and neck
