摘要
首例促甲状腺激素垂体瘤于1970年被Hamilton等报道，随着临床知识的丰富以及诊疗手段的提高，其发现率不断增长，因其临床表现与原发性的甲状腺功能亢进较难鉴别，故容易误诊误治。本文对近几年来针对促甲状腺激素垂体瘤发病情况、诊断标准、鉴别诊断及治疗方式的进步等方面的最新进展做一综述。
In 1970, the first case of thyrotropin-secreting pituitary adenomas was reported by Hamilton et al. An increase in incidence was recently observed with the improvement of clinical knowledge and diagnosis methods, due to its similar clinical manifestation with primary hyperthyroidism, The phenomenon of the misdiagnosis and incorrect therapy is very common. The aim of this article is to reviewe the pituitary TSH tumor incidence, diagnostic criteria, differential diagnosis, treatment in recent years and introduce their latest progress.
