面向公共服务的移动政务标准化体系设计

Study on Standardization System Design of MGov for Public Service

今年政府工作报告提出了"互联网+"的概念,电子政务往移动化方向发展成为明显的趋势。各级政府部门纷纷通过开发移动政务平台的方式提高服务效率,新华社称移动政务将迎来爆发时点。移动政务新技术应用对推动政府工作效率的作用是显而易见的,但要真正推动服务型政府的转型,仅凭技术是远远不够的,它需要面对公共服务的移动政务标准化体系作为支撑,让体系跟上技术进步的脚步。

The 2015 government work report introduced the concept of ＇Interact ＋＇. With the obvious trend of mobility for e-government （e-gov）, government departments at all levels have improved their service efficiency by developing mobile government （mGov） and the report of Xinhua News Agency suggests that mGov is at the edge of its breaking point. The application of new technology in mGov has obviously improved the efficiency of government work. However, technology alone is far from enough to truly promote the transformation of a service-oriented government. It has to be supported by the standardization of mGov for public service, to make sure that the standardization system keeps up with the development of technology.
