地铁站里的温馨“红马甲”

2015年,青岛最令人振奋的消息莫过于地铁的开通运行,在大气美观又设施完善的地铁站里,青岛市民带着对未来出行的更多期待,感受着来自地下交通的新鲜体验。在人来人往的地铁站里,我们再一次看到了熟悉的"红马甲",那是志愿者们在为乘客服务的身影。不知何时,"红马甲"仿佛成为了青岛志愿者的固有形象,他们热情耐心,无私奉献;他们分布于地铁售票机前、安检口、进站口、地铁进出站口……温馨"红马甲"的出现,再次成为了地铁站里的亮丽风景。

During the test ride of the subway in Qingdao from November 28 to 30,the campaign of 'Young Volunteers,Jointly Realizing the Subway Dream' was held by the Youth League Committee of Qingdao Metro Group,together with the Shandong Light Industry Engineering College,Qingdao Technicians College and Sifang Locomotive and Rolling Stock Technicians College.Over 200 volunteers from those colleges participated in it to help ease pressures on station services and ensure a safe and sound test ride.Zhan Xiaomin and Li Yunhe are members of the volunteer team 'Happy Sand' during the test ride.Zhan told us his tasks included guiding passengers to take the subway in order,helping the elder people to get on the train,conducting safety briefing before arrival of the train and warning people against getting on the train when bells rang and lights were on.Li said, 'In my opinion,the operation of the subway helps a lot to facilitate people's life.Now we have one more choice in means of transportation.When there are traffic congestions during peak hours,we don't have to choose road transport any more.However,only one part of the metro line is open currently,so it's still not convenient enough.I believe the situation will become better when the whole line is opened.'
