在繁忙的交通路口,行人和车辆各行其道、井然有序;在温馨的社区楼院,邻里之间友善融洽、互帮互助;在城市的大街小巷、公园广场,志愿者们用爱心传递着文明新风……岁末年初,驻足凝望,当我们细细鉴赏这一幅幅美丽的"画卷"时,会发现每个人素质提升的一小步,在不知不觉间却让城市文明迈进了一大步。这一切都与青岛多年来的城市文明建设密不可分,2015年以来,青岛市精神文明建设以培育和弘扬社会主义核心价值观为根本,在深化拓展群众性精神文明创建活动,加强和改进思想道德建设,巩固提高文明城市创建水平,提升市民文明旅游素质,推进诚信建设、志愿服务制度化,加强未成年人思想道德建设和农村精神文明建设,开展道德模范宣传学习,制作刊播"讲文明树新风"公益广告,加快青岛文明网改版升级等各方面都取得了显著成效。如今,城市的一街一景,市民的一言一行,都在用崭新的角度诠释着青岛这座城市的"文明"之风。

In Qingdao,pedestrians and vehicles are in good order at busy traffic intersections;Friendly neighbors help and live harmoniously with each other in clean communities;Volunteers can be found in almost every corner of the city...Walking around Qingdao on streets and squares as well as in park,shopping centers and restaurants,you will find that new changes have taken place in the city during the year.Looking back at the turn of the year,we come to realize that a small step of every person has jointly helped the city make a big leap forward gradually.In 2015,in accordance with the national,provincial and municipal overall deployment of spiritual civilization construction,Qingdao has made remarkable achievements in building a national civilized city,promoting institutionalization of volunteer service,strengthening public civilization education,and improving urban civilization and other aspects.The changes taking place on the environment and in people's words and action are all testament to Qingdao's accomplishments this year.
