摘要
针对核电厂重型模块与工艺装置精确对接的难题,分析了首台双缸翻转设备液压原理,并针对其不足,优化了液压同步控制原理。在控制策略方面,采取了"分级PID"和"主从动"控制策略相结合的方式,极大改善了系统的同步精度和可靠性,达到了设计技术要求。
It is difficult to accurately docking the process unit and heavy module of nuclear power plant, so the paper analyzes the principle of the two hydraulic cylinder reversible system, and optimize the synchronization control principle. The new control policy combine of hierarchical PID and Master-slave control, and it greatly improve the synchronization precision and reliability.
