基于FLUENT远距离冲洗喷嘴的射流特性研究 被引量:13

摘要 锥形喷嘴射流能获得较高集聚能的集束射流,可产生较大的射流打击力,多用于远距离水清洗场合。现有锥形喷嘴的研究,多是研究短流场的,且用于水射流切割。该文利用fluent软件对喷嘴的外流场进行仿真模拟分析,可直观的分析喷嘴的长外流场特性及喷嘴的性能。通过改变不同的射流压力和喷嘴的直径来分析喷嘴的外流场的特性。仿真结果表明:锥形喷嘴的射流距离较长;随着射流压力的增加,射流打击力、射流动压和有效射流距离都在增加;喷嘴直径的增加,使得射流压力、射流打击力、射流动压和射流距离也在增加;水射流清洗存在一个临界压力;有效的射流距离为(1800~2000)d,为水冲洗清洁系统的喷嘴直径选择提供了一个参考。 Cone nozzle has an good jet effect, can obtain a higher concentration of energy cluster jet, the jet may have a greater jet strike force, used for long-distance water cleaning applications. Most of the existing research on cone nozzle is about short flow field, and used for water jet cutting. By using Fluent software to analysis the out field of the nozzle, the performance and out field of cone nozzle was intuitively analyzed. By changing the pressure of the jet and the diameter of nozzles to analyze the characteristics of the nozzle out field. The simulation results show that:the cone nozzle has a long jet distance; With the increase of the jet pressure, the jet strike force, shot flow pressure and jet distance are increasing; Increasing the nozzle diameter, making the jet pressure, jet strike force, shot flow pressure and the jet distance are increasing; There is a critical pressure in water jet cleaning; The best jet distance is(1800 ~ 2000) d. The result of simulation has provided a useful reference to select cone nozzle diameter.
