摘要
利用超声波无损检测技术监测地下排水管道是一个前沿的发展方向。超声波传输距离远,衰减小且可以在固体和液体中传播,所以在检测地下排水管道时,无需对管道进行开挖或者拨开就可以进行无损检测。利用超声波换能器发送超声波固定频率信号,然后接受从管道不同表面反射回来的信号,并对信号进行放大、滤波、整形等处理,生成管道180°外形图。
The ultrasonic nondestructive testing techniques is a promising development direction for detecting underground drain pipes.Ultrasonic can transport far away attenuate little and spread in solid and liquid. Without digging out or poking the drain pipes, underground drain pipes can be detected easily. The ultrasonic transducer can send and receive the ultrasonic signal. The receiving signal is to be amplified, filtered and shaped and so on. At last it will become a 180 degree drawing of drain pipes.
