摘要
刀尖圆弧半径在锥度面和圆弧面的车削中带来了车削表面与预期表面的误差,这种误差可通过构建补偿表面来进行补偿车削。文中通过对数控车削锥度表面与圆弧表面的误差与补偿分析,指出锥度表面车削可通过径向补偿或轴向补偿来实现,圆弧表面车削可通过圆心定位补偿和圆弧半径补偿来实现。
The error between the cut surface and the expected surface is caused by the radius of the tool nose in the taper or the circular arc surface NC machining process and can be solved by the construction of the compensation surface. The error and the compensation is analyzed in that process, the radial compensation or the axial compensation can be used to eliminate the error in the taper surface NC machining process, and the central location compensation and the radius compensation can be used in the circular arc surface NC machining process.
