摘要 大型往复式压缩机多数为对称平衡型、单级压缩机。气缸内气体需要经过吸气、膨胀、压缩、排气4个过程构成一个工作循环,在工作过程中气体在气缸内的压力和温度是变化的。应用W orkbench软件对气缸内温度场与热应力进行模拟分析,得出吸气和排气阶段气缸的温度和热应力的分布规律,为气缸的改进设计提供理论依据。 The majority of large-scale reciprocating piston compressor belongs to symmetrical balance type and as a single compressor. The gas in the cylinder needs to undergo a process of expansion, suction, compression and exhaust. The four processes composed of a cycle, in which the gas pressure and temperature in the cylinder always change. With Workbench software, the temperature field and thermal stress in cylinder are simulated and analyzed, and the temperature and thermal stress distribution rules are obtained for suction and exhaust stage, which is taken as theoretical basis for improving the performance of cylinder.
