摘要
随着机载电子设备的性能指标不断提高,功耗也在不断增大,液冷散热技术越来越多地应用于机载电子设备,液冷系统的小型化要求十分迫切。文中将液冷系统设计在一个标准1A TR机箱内,对液冷系统各组成部分的小型化进行了探讨。测试了小型液冷系统的散热性能,实现了对高热流密度元器件的温度控制。为后续电子设备液冷系统高效散热及小型化设计提供参考。
Liquid cooling techniques are applied to airborne electronic equipments frequently as the improvement of performance index and the increase of power consumption. Miniaturization requests of liquid cooling system become quite urgent. Liquid cooling system is designed in a 1ATR chassis. The miniaturization of apiece constituent is discussed in this paper. Heat dissipation performance of miniature liquid cooling system is tested. Temperature control of high heat flux components is realized. This design provides reference for high efficiency heat dissipation and miniaturization design of future airborne electronics liquid cooling system.
