摘要
制动力矩与制动温升是汽车盘式制动器设计中两个重要参数,对汽车制动器的安全性有着重大影响。文中针对汽车盘式制动器的设计建立了以制动力矩最大和制动温升最小为目标的优化数学模型,调用MATLAB优化工具箱中的遗传算法求解,取得了良好的优化效果。
Brake torque and brake temperature rise are the two important parameters of disc brake design, which have a great influence on the safety of the brake. This paper builds mathematical model which takes minimum brake torque and brake temperature rise of disc brake as the design objective function. The genetic algorithm of MATLAB optimization toolbox is used to solve the objective function, which gains a good optimization effect.
