摘要
输液管道问题普遍存在于工程实践中,对管道的振动进行计算分析时,需要考虑输送液体与管道的相互作用。文中使用有限元软件ANSYS和流体动力学软件CFX,建立输液管道三维模型,通过两个软件之间的数据交换,进行流固耦合分析。分析斜坡流速冲击下的输液管道的振动特性,并计算半正弦波脉冲下的振动响应。计算管道的前十阶固有频率,发现当脉冲频率接近管道固有频率时会产生拍振现象。
Fluid conveying pipe problems are the universal questions in engineer practice. In the analysis of the vibration pipe, the interaction of the fluid and pipe need to be calculated. In this paper, 3D model of fluid conveying pipe is built using finite element pack ANSYS and hydrokinetics pack CFX. The data is exchanged between two packs for fluid-solid coupling analysis. The vibration characteristic of the pipe impacting in a ramp increase velocity is analyzed. The vibration respondence of the pipe is calculated in a half sine wave excitation.
