THE TRADING PORTS OF HEILONGJIANG PROVINCE AND THE FRONTIER TRADE BETWEEN CHINA AND RUSSIA

黑龙江省以省会城市哈尔滨为中心沿边境线呈扇形分布着 15个口岸城市。十一届三中全会以后 ,沿边口岸相继得到开放。口岸作为一种重要的经济资源 ,有利于促进中俄边贸的繁荣、推动黑龙江省资源的优化配置和产业结构的合理化。

There are fifteen trading ports of Heilongjiang province, which are distributed along the Sino-Russian borderline and assume a fan shape starting from the axis city Harbin. After the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee was closed, the frontier ports have opened successively. Serving as an important economic source, the ports have promoted the frontier trade boom and advanced the optimum distribution of resources and the rationalization of industrial structure as well as the economic prosperity of Heilongjiang.
