摘要 目的探讨白细胞介素-6(Interleukin-6,IL-6)水平与我国手足口病(hand、foot and mouth disease,肝胁)的关系,为临床诊断和治疗提供科学依据。方法采用Meta分析方法对有关IL-6与我国手足口病关系的研究进行定量综合,估计综合效应[标准化均数差(standardizedmeandifference,SMD)]及其95%可信区间。鳍果共纳入28篇文献,其中病例2251例,对照868例,Meta结果显示病例组IL-6浓度高于对照组,SMI)为1.41pg/mol,95%CI为1.06~1.75,两组差异有统计学意义(Z=8.03,P〈0.001)。亚组分析发现轻症vs.对照、重症vs.对照、重症vs.轻症SMD(95%CI)分别为1.23(0.77~1.69)、2.28(1.74~2.82)、1.17(0.64~1.69)pg/Z。结论IL-6可能参与了手足口病病理生理过程,且IL-6浓度越高,疾病越严重。 Objective The aim of this study was to reveal the relationship between Interleukin-6 (IL-6) and hand, foot and mouth disease (HFMD) in China, to provide evidences for diagnosis and treatment of HFMD. Methods Meta analysis was adopted to quantitatively synthesize researches about the relationship of IL-6 and hand, foot and mouth disease (HFMD) in China, and standardized mean difference (SMD) and 95%CI were used to estimate the combined effect of Meta analysis. Results 28 studies were included in our research with 2 251 patients and 868 controls. The Meta analysis showed a significant elevation of serum IL-6 level in patients compare with the healthy individuals (SMD=1.41, 95%CI=1.06-1.75, Z=8.03, P〈0.001). In addition the HFMD cases were divided into two subgroups (mild cases and severe cases), and results showed that the SMDs (95%CI) for mild cases vs. healthy individuals, severe cases vs.healthy individuals and severe cases vs.mild cases were 1.23 (0.77-1.69), 2.28 (1.74-2.82) and 1.17 (0.64-1.69) pg/mL respectively. Conclusion IL-6 may play an important role in the pathogenesis of HFMD, and the higher of IL-6 level, the more serious of HFMD.
