摘要 目的胃食管反流病(gastroesophageal reflux disease,GERD)是一种临床常见的消化系统疾病,常因胃十二指肠内容物反流入食管导致食管黏膜充血、水肿、糜烂或溃疡等炎症病变,严重影响生活质量和医疗成本,成为亟待解决的公共卫生问题。近年来,人们对GERD的病因与相关炎症介质的研究有了更深入的认识,新的理论观点不断涌现。本研究就目前该领域的最新进展作一综述。 Gastroesopheal reflux disease (GERD) is a clinical common disease, which refers to inflammatory disorders of esophageal mucosal such as hyperemia, edema, erosion or ulcer, caused by the flowing back of contents in gastric duodenal to esophageal. And this diseasse exerts heavy impacts on life quality and health care cost, and becomes a severe public health problem. In recent years, with further studies in pathogenesis of GERD and related research on inflammatory mediators, the emerging new ideas have been enriching. The latest progress in this field are reviewed in this paper.
