摘要
目的对尼可地尔治疗慢性缺血性心肌病心力衰竭患者的临床疗效进行有效性分析与评价。方法44例缺血性心肌病伴心力衰竭患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组各22例。对照组给予常规抗心衰药物治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上加用尼可地尔片。6个月后对两组患者治疗前后左心室收缩末内径、左室舒张末内径、左心室射血分数、6分钟步行距离及再住院率进行对比分析(P<0.05)。结果两组患者治疗前后临床效果均有明显改善,尼可地尔组治疗效果显著优于常规治疗组(P<0.05)。结论慢性缺血性心肌病心力衰竭患者常规治疗基础上加用尼可地尔片,可显著改善患者心功能。
Objective Analysis and evaluation of the effectiveness of clinical treatment of nicorandil in patients with chronic ischemic cardiomyopathy heart failure.Method 44 cases of ischemic cardiomyopathy patients with heart failure patients as the research object,randomly divided into observation group and control group with 22 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional anti heart failure drug treatment,the observation group in the conventional therapy plus Nicorandil Tablets.After 6 months of two groups of patients before and after left ventricular end systolic diameter,left ventricular end diastolic diameter,left ventricular ejection fraction,6 minutes walking distance and rehospitalization rate of contrastive analysis（P0.05）.Result The two groups before and after treatment in patients with clinical effect were obviously improved,the treatment effect of nicorandil group was higher than that of the conventional treatment group（P0.05）.Conclusion The patients of chronic ischemic cardiomyopathy heart failure on the basis of conventional therapy plus Nicorandil Tablets,can significantly improve cardiac function.
