摘要
通过溶胶-凝胶法与静电纺丝技术,制备了锂离子电池阴极材料LiFePO4-C复合纳米线。并对纳米线的形貌和成分进行了表征。结果表明:经过热处理后,前驱体中的高分子生成的C与LiFePO4形成均匀的复合材料,纳米线表面光滑,直径均匀,约为200nm。在C/20充放电速率下,LiFePO4-C复合纳米线作为锂离子电池正极材料的比容量达到110mA·h·g-1。
Ultra-fine LiFePO4-C composite nanofibers (diameter of about 210nm) were fabricated by electrospinning and subsequent calcination in N2. Morphology and phases of nanofibers were characterized by SEM, XRD and Raman. The obtained composite nanofibers were tested as cathode material for lithium-ion batteries, and its specific capacity is stabilized at 110 mAh/g within five charge/discharge cycles.
