摘要
通过对比分析,研究了发泡剂偶氮二甲酰胺(AC)对快烘防爆铁沟浇注料防爆裂性能及强度的影响。结果表明:传统铁沟浇注料接触到500℃或800℃温度的瞬间即发生粉碎性炸裂,而添加3a%质量分数的偶氮二甲酰胺即可使浇注料在同样试验条件下保存完好;快速烘烤后浇注料的常温强度低于普通养护后的强度;在满足抗爆裂性的前提下,随发泡剂含量的增加,浇注料内部产生大量裂纹,使试样强度降低。
The influence of vesicant azodicarbonamide on anti-explosion property and strength of the quick-drying castable used for iron runner was studied by comparative analysis. The results show that the traditional castable explodes as soon as possible when exposed at the temperature of 500 ℃ or 800 ℃, while the castable containing 3a% mass fraction AC is preserved well. The modulus of rupture and the cold crushing strength of castables after quick maintenance are lower than that after general maintenance. Based on anti-explosion property, the modulus of rupture and the cold crushing strength are reduced with the increasing of vesicant content, because of the absence of masses of crack.
