摘要
利用新开发的全组分浇注料流变仪,采用循环剪切、双重循环剪切和恒定剪切等方式,从滞后圈面积、时间触变系数和拆散触变系数等三个方面,研究了典型高炉出铁沟用Al2O3-SiC-SiO2-C质自流浇注料的触变性、剪切稀化等流变行为和流变特性。结果表明:新开发的全组分浇注料流变仪可以较好地表征浇注料的流变行为和流变特性;Al2O3-SiC-SiO2-C质自流浇注料循环剪切时上行线和下行线呈顺时针方向,表现为正触变性,下行线具有近Bingham的流体特征,为有一定屈服值的假塑性体,屈服应力指数τy为0.29,n=0.2884,k=0.2137;浇注料的时间触变系数B为0.0022,拆散触变系数M为0.061;浇注料在恒定剪切速度的作用下具有明显的剪切稀化现象。
Rheological behaviour of Al2O3-SiC-SiO2-C self flow castables was investigated by round shearing, double round shearing and constant shearing with the castable rheometer. The results show that the castable rheometer can indicate the rheological properties of the castables perfectly. Self-flow Al2O3-SiC-SiO2-C castables gives pseudoplastic behaviour. Upcurve and downcurve present clockwise when round shearing is imposed. The castables show thixotropy and tend to be thinner at a constant shearing.
