微粉对ρ-Al_2O_3结合矾土质浇注料性能的影响 被引量:1

Influence of Fine Powder on Properties of ρ-Al_2O_3 Bonded Bauxite Based Castables

摘要 以矾土为主要原料,制备了ρ-Al2O3结合无水泥浇注料。通过调整SiO2微粉和α-Al2O3微粉的加入比例,研究了α-Al2O3微粉/SiO2微粉比对制备浇注料的需水量和110、600、1100、1500℃热处理后机械性能的影响。结果表明:随α-Al2O3微粉/SiO2微粉比的增加,浇注料试样的需水量增多,机械性能降低。 ρ-Al2O3 bonded cement-free castables were prepared with bauxite as main starting materials. The adding proportion of microsilica and fine α-Al2O3 powder was adjusted to investigate the influence of the ratio of α-Al2O3/SiO2 (both fine powder) on water adding amount of castables and their mechanical properties after heat treatment of 110, 600, 1100 and 1500 ℃. The results show that the water adding amount of castables is increased and their mechanical properties are lowered with the ratio of these two fine powder increasing.
