工艺参数控制对A80多晶氧化铝纤维制备的影响 被引量:2

Influence of Processing Parameters Control on Preparation of A80 Polycrystalline Alumina Fiber

摘要 以结晶氯化铝、铝粉和硅溶胶为主要原料,溶胶-凝胶法制备A80多晶氧化铝纤维,采用甩丝法成纤。研究了胶体的黏度、胶体流量、胶体温度、热处理升温速率和烧成温度等工艺参数对纤维性能的影响。结果表明制备过程中的工艺参数控制对纤维性能有显著的影响,合理的工艺参数才能得到性能较好的纤维。当胶体的黏度为20Pa.s,流量为100ml/min,温度为30℃时,得到的凝胶纤维平均直径为3.5~4.0μm,渣球含量较少;纤维热处理升温速率为4℃/min时,1100℃烧成的纤维单丝拉伸强度达1100MPa;1200~1300℃为较合适的烧成温度,此时纤维含有较多的稳定相且强度较好。 A80 Polycrystalline Alumina Fibers were prepared using crystallization aluminium chloride, aluminum powder and silica sol by sol-gel method. Rotating disk method was used to form the fiber. Influence of spinning sol viscosity, sol flow volume, sol temperature, heating rate in thermal treatment process and calcining temperature on properties of fibers were researched. The results show that processing parameters have a significant effect on properties of fibers. When the sol viscosity, sol flow volume and sol temperature are 20 Pa.s, 100 ml/min and 30 ℃ respectively, average diameter of fibers is 3.5-4 μm and the content of slag ball is very little. The tensile strength of fibers exceed 1100 MPa after calcined at 1000-1200 ℃, when the heating rate is 4 ℃/min. The proper heat treatment temperature is 1200-1300 ℃ and fibers have good tensile strength and massive stable phase.
