摘要
在铝酸盐体系中,在Ti-6Al-4V合金表面利用微弧氧化双脉冲电源在2个电极上同时制备了含Al2TiO5相的陶瓷膜层。通过XRD,SEM和EDS等技术,分析了相组成、表面形貌和元素含量的变化。讨论了2个电极试样面积比对微弧氧化陶瓷膜组成、形貌和元素含量的影响。结果表明:2个反应电极试样面积比越接近,膜层中Al2TiO5含量就越高;当面积比为1:1时,膜层几乎都是Al2TiO5相;随2个电极面积比的增大,膜层Al元素含量呈先增大后减小,Ti和V元素含量是先减小后增大,而P元素含量则一直在增加。
Ceramic coatings with the main crystalline of Al2TiO5 were prepared on Ti-6Al-4V alloy by pulsed bi-pore Micro-arc Oxidation (MAO) in NaAlO2 solution. The phase composition, morphology and element content of the ceramic coatings were investigated by XRD, SEM and EDS. The results show that ceramic coatings are composed of Al2TiO5 when the area ratios of bi-pore is 1:1. With increasing the area ratios of bi-pore, the content of Al firstly is increased and then decreased while the changing trends of Ti and V contents are opposite to those of Al; P is increased all the time.
