Degradation Analysis of YSZ Thermal Barrier Coatings

摘要 以YSZ热障涂层材料(TBCs)在长时间高温时效下发生相变老化为背景,实验利用等离子喷涂制备7YSZ热障涂层陶瓷材料,利用SEM观察其微观形貌,在1300℃对样品进行高温时效测试,利用XRD图谱定量计算样品相组成随时效热处理时间的变化,得到YSZ在1300℃时效下的相组成变化规律。 Phase transition occurs in the yttria stablized zirconia(YSZ) thermal barrier coatings (TBCs) after long term high temperature degradation. The 7YSZ ceramic for TBCs was prepared by the plasma spraying method and then annealed at 1300 ℃ for different time. SEM was employed to characterize the microstructure of the coatings. The phase composition was also analyzed quantitatively using the X-ray diffraction data. Phase transition behaviors of different annealing time at 1300 ℃ were obtained as well.
