摘要
研究了存储环境湿度对碳包覆纳米铝粉活性的影响,并对其变化机理进行了较深入的探讨。通过DSC-TG分析及热学参数(Ton,Tpeak,△H,△m)的提取,表明随着环境湿度的增加,碳包覆纳米铝粉的活性降低。通过XRD,TEM,HRTEM等仪器分析,表明造成铝粉活性降低的原因主要是包覆在纳米铝粒子表面的碳膜存在缺陷,导致内核铝被水解和氧化。但是对比钝化纳米铝粉在高湿度条件下的表现可知,在高湿度条件下防止纳米铝粉老化方面,碳包覆的确优于钝化包覆。
The effects of humidity on activity of carbon-coated aluminum nanoparticles were studied. By DSC-TG analysis, the activity of carbon coated nano-Al decreases with the RH increasing. XRD, TEM and HRTEM analysis results show that the decrease of the activity is mainly caused by the hydrolyzation and oxidization of the aluminum. But it’s certainly known that carbon coating is more effective than passivated coating in protecting the activity of nano-Al compared with passivated nano-Al.
